To place an order or request a bid, print a copy of our work order form and fax to 503.759.3153 or email to jimscustomolding@molalla.net. We will process your form and contact you as soon as we can. If you have any questions, please call us at 503.829.5080.

Be sure to include the following:

• a life size profile drawn on the work order, including the actual dimensions or
• a profile found from another source, including actual dimensions or
• a 6" piece of the molding to be sent to us to insure an exact match
• species of wood
• linear feet needed or quantity of product
• complete contact information
